Voice is the artificially created Divine used by the September Institute that allows them to speak directly to other Divines, such as Loyalty.

Voice was created by Maryland September and Attar Rose over the course of a few months.[1] It was built out of the code of the Divine Righteousness (which, as a set of programs rather than a single physical entity, was uniquely suited to create a new Divine) and the lost Apostolosian mech Apokine (which was able to speak to and use the will of a large group of people). Unlike most Divines, Voice can take huge groups of people as its Candidates. |
